Suniel Shetty’s Popcorn Entertainment is producing 123, which is being directed by Ashwini Dheer who has done the comic Office Office on television.

According to Upen Patel, who is playing his first comic role in the film, “Ashwini’s experience with comedy is of great help. I’m doing comedy for the first time and that too an out-and-out comedy.”

The film also stars Suniel Shetty in a pivotal role.
