British film director Danny Boyle (The Beach, Trainspotting) is in talks with Shah Rukh Khan for a special appearance in his forthcomng featurette titled Slumdog Millionaire.

The film is based in the slums of Dharavi and will be shot there. Shah Rukh Khan is expected to play himself, as the host of Kaun Banega Crorepati.

The film is the story of an 18 year-old slum kid by the name of Aamir who takes part in the Star TV show, not to become rich, but to try and find his lost girlfriend Latika.
