Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment has been signed by Indian Film Company for a six film deal at a lumpsum amount of Rs 211 crores.

According to trade reports, apart from IFC, the other companies in the fray for a deal with Excel Entertainment were BIG Motion Pictures, UTV Motion Pictures and PVR Pictures.

Indian Film Company is already planning to make it big with the SRK starrer sequel of Don, which falls under this deal.
