Although this film didnt live up to my expectations, i still liked the film. Maybe i’m being a bit biased cuz i found both the new actors very captivating….although ranbir kapoor tends to overact in a lot of the scenes hes still very adorable.
The film sets and camera work is beyond brilliant…
All in all the film is too slow and lacks a good story line….but technically it is flawless and i really like the new actors.

i saw saawariya at pictures i thought it was good till salman khan cam in to it, i thought there was no need for him to be in it. good movie GO WATCH IT. i am going watching it again

Its the best creation of Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
One must watch this “ode to beauty” film in order to see this best directed film by SLB ever. In my website http://cinelabs.blogspot.com I have given it 4 stars out of 5. The ending of the movie is sad but in English Literature it is said that a play or a movie with a sad ending is said to be the best as you cannot expect good ending every time. Hats-Off to SLB.

well what can be said about one of the greatest creations of sanjay leela bhansali as always from hum dil de chuke sanam, devdas to black and now saawariya, he knows how leave the audience spell bound. i can just say a mesmerizing presentation by an awesome director and gr8 cast. as one feels the spirit of it while seeing the promo or song and one feels the spirit dancing within him and only one word remains on your mind saawariya.
