Salim Khan, of the famous Salim-Javed pair, has scripted for some of the classics like ‘Sholay’, ‘Zanjeer’, ‘Trishool’ and ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’.
Although he no longer writes for Bollywood films, Salim Khan is now said to be helping his son Salman pen a script for his film ‘Veer’.
The actor says he often takes help and guidance from his father when he gets stuck in scriptwriting. “He is superb with ideas and words. The films that we make nowadays are below his level,” Salman is quoted as saying about his father.
