Sameera is presently working on Race with Bipasha Basu, Saif Ali Khan, Akshay Kumar and Anil Kapoor who is playing a negative role.

For Sameera, the highlight of the year is the film she is doing for Mira Nair.

“I’m most fascinated by Mira’s short film on AIDS. It is a very hard hitting film. There are four directors working together for it; Mira, Vishal Bhardwaj, Farhan Akhtar and Shankar Shivan.”
