Veteran Indian actor Govinda, who is infamous for appearing late for shoots, has been axed from pivotal scenes in Mani Ratnam’s Raavana.
After repeatedly coming to the sets way after the scheduled time, Mani Ratnam lost his cool with Govinda and decided to remove his part from crucial scenes in the film. It is now being rumoured that Govinda, who would have played a vital role in the film, will now feature in only a handful of scenes.
The film is headlined by real life husband and wife Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan.
