EXCLUSIVE REVIEW BY HANUMANT BHANSALI

Partner is funtabulous version of Are We There Yet, What Women Want and Hitch. Partner finds its logic in the illogical setting, quite enough to make you fall off your seats.

Salman’s charismatic common sense merges with Govinda’s stuttering non sense to give a rip roaring comedy. Both of them leave their mark and emerge as winners at the end of the show. Our Hindi film industry has certainly missed on some fabulous acting capabilities of such fine actors in the recent past.

The plot of Partner revolves around Prem (Salman Khan) and Bhaskar (Govinda). Prem is a love guru based in the heart of Mumbai. He likes to help lonely souls find their love, at a cost though. He helps people who really love their partners but not the ones who just look around for sexual pleasure. His knowledge about women psychology is immense.

The worst part about Prem’s love story is that none of his tricks work on his queen of hearts Naina (Lara Dutta). Naina works as a gossip reporter for a daily tabloid.

One day Prem meets Bhaskar, who is not going to settle anything less than Priya Jaisingh (Katrina Kaif), daughter of a rich and famous industrialist tycoon Raj Jaisingh (Dilip Tahil).
