Priyanka Chopra just doesn’t seem to get enough of essaying bride roles. After playing 12 brides in ‘What’s your Rashee?’, the sizzler has now signed on to play 7 dulhans in ace director Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘7 Husbands’. Trying to beat her own record with each passing film, the beauty has become the only actress to have played multiple parts in twin films.
Story goes that Bhardwaj was so impressed with her ‘Kaminey’ performance that he decided to cast her in his next project too. While scripting for ‘7 Husbands’, he had already made up his mind to cast the actress was suited for the part. And his believes were further strengthen when he saw the promos of ‘What`s Your Raashee?’.
As for ‘7 Husbands’, the lissome beauty will have different get-ups for each wife. And even though the actors who will play the husbands haven`t been finalised, it’s reported that serious actors will be considered.
Since the movie is still in the scripting stages, it will only go on floor next year after Priyanka`s dates are available.
Well, why take multiple actors when Piggy chops can play multiple roles.
