Yashraj films- The banner known for delivering most beautiful love stories to the Indian cinema has been trying out something different from past few years and has been successful in giving hits like Chak De India!, Dhoom, Dhoom2 and many more. This time again they have come up with something different with their new film – ‘Dil Bole Hadippa’ in a bid to cash on the success of Shahid Kapur post Jab We Met.
The duo of Shahid Kapur (Rohan) and Rani Mukherjee (Veera) will be seen romancing for the first time in Dil Bole Hadippa! The storyline revolves around a small-town Punjabi kudi Veera and county cricket team captain Rohan.
Veera is a village girl working in a local theatre group but imagines of playing cricket for Indian cricket team while Rohan is a skilled captain of a county cricket team in England. Rohan returns to India to captain his father’s cricket team which has been losing for the last 8 years.
Moreover Rani’s character in the film is camouflaged as a male who wears turban and beard to prove her cricketing skills and talent to make it to Rohan’s team. Impressed by Veera’s commitment, passion and liveliness for cricket, she becomes part of the team as Veer Pratap Singh.
Dil Bole Hadippa promises to be an astounding journey of Veera, Rohan and Veer!
