Sahara One has decided enough is enough by making a decision to axe certain shows to replace them with something new.
According to TellyChakkar, a source mentioned that barring ‘Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki’ and ‘Mata Ki Chowki’, all other shows were under the scanner. The buzz now goes that the axe will now fall on Aroona Irani’s show ‘Doli Saja Ke’. Well, Sagar Arts ‘Kismat Konnection’ (earlier Jo Ishq Ki Marzi; Woh Rab Ki Marzi) too could face the axe.
However, Aroona Irani scoffed at these speculations saying, “You’re the first one to have told me. The channel hasn’t communicated anything to us. Our contract runs up to November, so I don’t expect any change to it.”
The channel has come up with two new shows – Creative Eye’s ‘Ganesh Leela’ and Anubhav Sinha’s untitled daily. The former is set go on air soon and thus the question begs which show will make its way for ‘Ganesh Leela’.
