The screenplay is incredible. The story unfolds a wide view on political drama, action and soulful romance between the beautiful couple. The cinematography is worth a million bucks.

The editing is a little less than perfect with the inclusion of too many lights and glitters along with a stretched out song. The choreography is okay, as it is more of the camera shots than the movements that leave an impact.

A R Rahman’s music is ultimate. ‘Azeem-o-Shaan Shehenshah’ is grand. Its just amazing. The Jashn-e-Bahara track just leaves you in awe of the two some – Hrithik and Aishwarya. Not to forget the astounding background score.

Performance wise, Hrithik Roshan has certainly moved miles ahead as an actor by playing a multi-dimension role of Akbar in this saga. The royal quality and magnetic personality will make you take a bow.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is good too, yes, though we are not used to experience that. She displays a wholesome range of emotions, making it look it as if she had preserved them for this movie in particular.

Sonu Sood, Niktin Dheer, Ila Arun, Punam Sinha, Raza Murad are all very effective in their respective roles. Each and every character is precisely defined and stands out in their roles.

Jodhaa Akbar is strictly recommended for all cinegoers as the electrifying spell cast by Gowarikar’s magnum is a soulful nutrient against the platter of junk cinema in queue every Friday. Watch it, and only in theatres!
