Abhay Deol is a cartoonist…
Abhay Deol is the one actor, whose choice of films has been unique though every film of him fell flat at the box office. But the actor is running smoothly not caring at all about the consequences and happenings. He cannot shake the leg, as Bollywood heroes do. But he is a talented artist in other manner. Well, his another creative talent is ‘cartooning’.
Abhay is marvelously good at this art that he had even helped out Anurag Kashyup for story boarding of his film, ‘Black Friday’.
On this, Anurag himself reveals, who happens to be Abhay’s good friend, “Abhay draws really well and is excellent when it comes to storyboarding. Not only is he a good cartoonist; he is also very clear about the words-to-visuals translation on paper. Abhay was a great help in storyboarding of that film. He also drew down the details around the blast sequences on paper, which really helped us during the shoot.”
Well, he has become an actor then a producer and now a cartoonist. We wonder, next step would be direction for Abhay. Let’s wait and see…
