 Kites is the flick produced by Rakesh Roshan and directed by Anurag Basu. The film has been well in news since the outset due to Hrithik Roshan and the leading actress Barbara Mori’s love scenes and kisses. The movie stars Hrithik Roshan, Kangna Ranaut and Spanish actress Barbara Mori in the lead.
Storyline:
In the cruel land of the Mexican desert, a wounded man is left for dead under the tremendous heat of the desert and sun. Who is this? This is J (Hrithik Roshan) who was once a smart suave carefree young street guy. But now he has become wanted. As death looms, the only thing that helps him alive is the quest to find his love Natasha (Barbara Mori). A woman, betrothed to another man, surely destined for J. This the woman, who came to his life like a padlock of lighning and then altogether changed his life. Their meeting was a moment that transformed into love. This moment, that J and Natasha saw, let them land into the thought that they belonged to each other. But, something went wrong. The ensuing fight of the two lovers results in a deadly chase. J skirmishes death but there is absolutely nothing that can prepare him for what he is about to discover.
This is a saga of love, which goes beyond barriers, boundaries and cultures. It is the story of a passion that challenges every rule. This passion takes the lovers on a journey that is laced with violence and death and the precious moments that are unforgettable. Eventually it is a story of betrayal that is beyond comprehension.
