Shilpa Shetty opted out from the performance at IPL…
Yesterday night (Sunday night) there was big concluding ceremony of IPL season II after Deccan Chronicle (Deccan Chargers) won the final from Royal Challengers Bangalore. As we all know that Shilpa Shetty was to perform with the American R & B star Akon at this ceremony, she could not go for that.
At the last minute, she decided not to go for this performance, as she was not ready for that.
On this the sexy actress explained, “I was just not prepared. It was an international platform, not some village nautanki. I had to be fully ready. And I just didn’t get time to rehearse. So I regretfully had to say no. But I’d rather not give anything less than my best when I’m representing my country.”
Katrina Kaif performed on Jai Ho and after that she gave a brilliant performance as well with Shyamak Dawar and his troupe.
Shilpa found herself happy being a spectator of the final. She said that what if her team did not play the final, as she enjoyed being the spectator of this match.
