Shreyas is a fine actor, but something had to be done about his Bihari accent. So the producer thought of a unique way.
All of Shreyas’s dialogues were dubbed in Bihari by a professional and were played back to him. So that he could then mouth them with perfection! Shreyas used to practice his lines till they matched the accent properly.
Says the director Manish Tiwary, “Accent is a very important factor when the character is from the north. Shreyas did a lot of hard work to improve that we had done in a trial shoot.”
