Continued from Episode 2
Arvind and I took some more time grabbing a basket of popcorn. This move of ours was sufficient enough to leave Dipesh fuming. Finally, we were actually watching Spidey casting its web for the third time on the silverscreen.
After sometime, it was quite clear that both my friends were actually observing me vigilantly. I was growing increasing uncomfortable by their squinted looks. I whispered, “Why the hell are you two staring at me?” To which Dipesh replied, “Actually, we were observing the changing expressions of a film critic.” “Whatever!” is all I blurred.
The movie was just amazing, pretty much like a Bollywood Masala flick. Diverse opinions and grins came in from some dark corners. The action, direction, special effects were all spot on and so was the intermission.
We all went out to get something for our growling stomachs and shared a few opinions about the unfinished movie. Dipesh had bumped in with one of his female office colleagues. Arvind grabbed the opportunity to take some shots at him and I joined in too. The moment was hilarious as we embarrassed, rather irated Dipesh to the core.
We got back to our seats. Dipesh was looking a little bit down and out. It looked as if someone had thrown him into the ashes. Slowly, as the film gained momentum, he too got back to normal or rose from the ashes. Kya Senti Story Hai!!
Just when we thought everything was going right, Dipesh got a call from his folks who wanted him to rush back home. We were just about to leave when Mr Dipesh tripled and fell on a girl. In simple words, he is still recovering from the black spot that he received from her savior, her boyfriend. Big deal!!
On the way back, we stopped at the place where Arvind had left his bike but alas! It was missing.
Wholla!! The traffic cops were the only ones smiling that day.
What a trip to Spidey 3…Phew!
