Ekta Kapoor turns vindictive with her TV actors discoveries when they leave her. We asked her more about this and her game for acquiring success.

“My philosophy is simple. Respect the company and its contribution to your growth. I have not encouraged people who have betrayed me to come back. I value loyalty,” says Ekta.

“I think a company which makes millionaires is much better than a company that makes millions and for this you need to share a mutual trust,” expressed Ekta.
