dark is beautiful she is everything a woman wants to be… she not only great in all ways but she does alot of charity work and so does John they are the best bollywood couple and does india proud!!!!
How is this woman dark!!? It annoys me how people cite her as a
“dark skinned” bollywood star, to prove that “darker skinned” people
are represented in bollywood, when this woman is simply tanned
skinned or barely! How about showing real brown/dark skinned women, darker than a paper bag or an almond…you know one’s that are in India and underrepresented by “bollywood”
I agree with #1 and # 3. She’s nowhere near dark. Annoyed is the perfect word. Calling her dark insults your intellience. Her UNDERTONES are just darker than pale bollywood actresses, but how stupid is that! Is Angelina Jolie a dark white woman just because she’s darker than Ann Hathaway???
you guys to BOLLYWOOD that is dark and see there are many indians that already complain about calling her dark but there is a difference between dark and BLACK and you guys mainly refer dark to BLACK. Bipasha ovioulsy is DARK and i am slightly teensy bit darker than Bipasha’s skin tone and i consider myself dark and yes some tell me i am not even that dark. But still dark and fair are two different shades and as for bipasha she is dark but not VERY dark , i have seen darker people so im guessing that is why most of you disagree that she isn’t dark skin.
Mirand, You’re brainwashed. There’s not need to call her dark in the first place. And dark-brown Indians aren’t and shouldn’t be called black. Black is just that: black. As in the color of licorice. There’s different shades of light-skin no just one. Bollywood never included the full range of Indian skin tones and therefore it’s impossible for there to be any dark-skinned actresses since people like you are pretending that’s it’s already being inclusive.
What Bollywood does is the equivalent to Hollywood only allowing blonds to be actresses. And when asked where are the brunettes, someone like you would point to the darkest blond and say “See. she’s brunette because she’s not PLATINUM blond.” And how stupid does that sound?
There’s no point in hyphenating dark brown as “very” dark when it’s just dark period and Bipasha isn’t dark at all. She’s the same complexion as Aiswarya Rai. It’s all a matter labeling. You’re imagining things because THERE’S NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEIR COMPLEXION.
she aint black skinned fool
