The thrilling aspects of the film increase from here on as a lot of questions arises such as, whether Vishal will be able to save his family and Roma? Who is Vishal’s enemy? Will Anjali forgive Vishal?
The film is short and the screenplay shifts gears from one plot to another effectively, leaving you with some thrilling moments.
Direction is praiseworthy. The duo maintain the quality of narration and crispness throughout the film. Though, the plot of blackmailer seemed stretched a way too much. The music of the film is given by Mithoon, who infuses a very unique sound of music in each of its songs and redefines techno sound in the beats. Cinematographer K Raj Kumar captures the locales of Bangkok and Pattaya commendably.
Acting wise, Emraan carries the whole film on his shoulders with his immaculate performance. Sayali Bhagat needs to work on her acting skills. Geeta Basra emerges as a true surprise as she looks sexy both in terms of body language and expressions. Aseem Merchant and Anant Mahadevan are good. Suresh Menon leaves a few smiles on your face.
Overall, if you are looking for a masala entertainer then catch ‘TheTrain’.
