Tulsi Virani, a name which has caught with the television viewers across India, will be replaced. The character has received immense appreciation from its viewers. Smriti Irani, Tulsi of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi will now meet with an accident and this will lead to a plastic surgery of sorts.
Smriti, is playing Choti Baa (grandmother) in KSBKBT, one of the most popular daily soaps.
The character of Tulsi after the plastic surgery will be played by Gautami Kapoor, real life wife of Ram Kapoor aka Mr. Walia of Kasam Se fame.
