The story then moves on to Dubai where Moscow Chikna (Arbaaz Khan) happens to be a local don. Choubey (Paresh Rawal) is tortured by Moscow Chikna as he was unable to return the money borrowed from Moscow Chikna. Choubey is a junk dealer and his business is in doldrums. Through one of his informants, Choubey gets to know about the diamond robbery and the involvement of international don Chowski.
Moscow Chikna gives an ultimatum to Choubey to get the diamond in return for his welfare. Chaubey, then gets along with his niece Tina (Ayesha Takia) and Raja (Shahid Kapoor), a quick robber, to plan the theft of the diamond from the possession of Rocky.
Somewhere else in Dubai, Luckee (Viveik Oberoi) and his partner Bob (Suresh Menon) run a game parlour. They also conduct illegal boxing matches in order to earn some extra bucks.
