Serneity Complex which currently consists of 273 flats and one school, has been occupied now for a period of over 5 years. During the course of these 5 years we have seen a growth in the population both in the complex as well the surrounidng area.
At the same time we have seen a constant deterioration in the civic amenities as well as the state of hygiene around the complex and the surrounding areas.
The key problems faced by the residents include Heath and Hygiene, access and Disorder.
