Dia Mirza usually takes around 3 takes to complete a shot but during one of the scenes in Shootout At Lokhandwala, Dia took more than 15 retakes and the reason for this was a 2 page monologue.
About the experience Dia says, “I was very nervous as in one of the shots, I had to look into the camera and speak. There were very long monologues of more than two pages. It has to be done in one stretch. In my case there was no one even to correct me. I was just alone facing the camera.”
Eventually, the shot turned out well after the hits and misses of Dia Mirza.
