Farah Khan, director of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Om Shanti Om booked the entire Capitol Cinema, located in Southern Bombay, for the shooting of her film.
At that time, Woh Lamhe was playing at the screens of the theatre. The production house of Om Shanti Om had to pay the full amount for the cancelled screenings of the film.
It is a sort of record for Capitol Cinema which hardly witnesses any full houses these days. Apparently, Mahesh Bhatt’s Woh Lamhe too benefited as it reported full house shows for two consecutive days.
