Music director Pritam Chakraborty formed a rock band known as Metro Band for Anurag Basu’s film Life In A…Metro that has hit the cinema theatres worldwide recently.
About the music of the film Pritam comments, “The soundtrack of Life In A…Metro is heavily rock oriented. I auditioned a number of singers and musicians for the rock band as it was an integral part of film’s narration.”
“Anurag Basu forced me to be a part of the band and I just couldn’t say no to him. This was the second time I appeared in a film after Gangster – A Love Story, also directed by Anurag Basu,” he added.
