The shooting of Ram Gopal Varma’s ambitious remake of Sholay is progressing at breakneck speed in the studios of Mumbai.
But this Sholay by Ramu seems to be ‘reely’ different from the original Sholay.The first difference is that the Big B (Jai of Sholay) is playing Gabbar Singh, who leads his gang, and Ajay Devgan who is Veeru in the film belongs to another gang.
According to our RS correspondent, “There are two gangs in Ram Gopal Varma Ke Sholey. One gang is headed by Gabbar Singh and the other gang is led by Sumit, a newcomer, and Ajay Devgan is a member of this gang. The gang leader played by Sumit has completed his part of shooting.”
