Ashmit Patel seems to be seriously going the health conscious route. First came the bit about him hitting the gym with a vengeance. Now, comes the news about him gong the yoga way. The actor seriously does pranayaam in the mornings and shavasan in the nights to keep himself healthy.
Says he, “I have asinus problem and Pranayam really made a difference to me. Shavasan helps me relax after a hard day’s work.”

What we hear is that the actor is now advising friends to give it a shot as well. No wonder they agree, for the results reflect on Ashmit’s radiant face.
