Aamir Khan starrer Ghajini has two heroines as in the original version. Aamir and Murugadoss had initially decided to keep Asin as one of the heroines.
She had also acted in the Tamil version and was also reasoned to be one of the key factors for the film’s success. But then The Fanaa star then decided to do away with her.
Asin had meanwhile got back in touch with Murugadoss and expressed her willingness to shed her inhibitions. Aamir on coming to know about this wasted no time and signed her for his film.
