 The news about Madhur Bhandarkar turning TV director has been making ripples in the media for last few days. But when asked him, he told that he will not turn to direct TV serials but yes it will be his company ‘Bhandarkar Entertainment Pvt. Ltd’, which is to produce TV serials.
He further added, “I will not be directing the short stories. My company is involved in making serials and ads too and this department will be taking care of it under the able supervision of Ashok Pandit and Raman Kumar who are from the TV industry and understand the intricacies involved in making serials. We will be making 10 interesting short stories of 1 episode each for the channel."
The 3 times national award winner acclaimed director, recently enjoyed success with ‘Fashion’, will soon start shooting for his next project ‘Jail’ in March starring Neil Nitin Mukesh in the main role.
