The secret is finally out. It is neither Priyanka Chopra nor model Shivani Kapoor, as it was being rumoured in the industry circles. Debutante Hansika has been signed as the heroine opposite Himesh Reshammiya debuting as an actor.
A unit source confirmed the news and told us, “Hansika was chosen by director Prashant Chaddha and Himesh after seeing the stills of her debut film as a heroine in Telugu, Desamuduru (2007).”
The shooting has already begun in full swing in various cities of Germany since the start of March and Himesh is very pleased with her work and professionalism.
