Nana Patekar has produced a film Chivitrach Saare which has been directed by Neelkanti, his estranged wife.
Patekar said, ” The trouble is that most of the new generation have great ideas, but get bogged down by lack of finance and support and hence turn to making commercial masala and sex oriented films.”
The experimental film has been uniquely shot using natural light and natural audio source. The intense actor and his wife have been separated for over two decades now but haven’t been divorced.
