Movie Review: Ghajini

The man of blockbusters Aamir Khan has come out to deliver another blockbuster. Last year, it was ‘Taare Zameen Par’, which scored very high at the box office. And now, it will be ‘Ghajini’ for sure to hit the viewers’ hearts. The movie is certainly a gift for Christmas and it will undoubtedly inject sugary pleasures in the audience’s hearts. The flick would without any doubt be the best performance of Aamir Khan. The Tamil version of this enterprise was a massive hit but if you look at the Hindi remake, it is also laced with the sparks to be a blockbuster. And the box office results will surely be displaying the same. Ghajini, a revenge saga, has a riveting storyline but adding to the plot is powerful treatment, mind-blowing performances and superb music.
While you stay with the movie, you come to know that it is Asin (the leading gal) who talks more than Aamir (he speaks very less in the film) but what impresses you the most is his body language that does all to attract the movie buffs. This outing is very impressive and swathed with an attention-grabbing storyline. Every department of this venture looks flawless. Admit, the length of the film is long and that you might point out as a flaw. But the gripping story erases this flaw. Agreed that the film is full of violence but the violence is justified and one feels elated when Aamir’s character is avenged. Director AR Murugadoss, surpasses his earlier work – the Tamil version of the film. He is superb in his work, as he moulds the movie sequences with a class and finesse that the audience cannot help holding their breaths.
The film talks about Sanjay Singhania (Aamir Khan) who has a sad past and a violent present. In the past, he was a rich, famous and successful man, who loved Kalpana (Asin). But an incident occurred in his life that ruined all, as he lost her girlfriend and underwent a break-down. He forgets everything but the violent incident, he cannot…! Here begins his journey of brutal vendetta against the killers. Sanjay seeks revenge through pictures and memos and tattoos on his chiseled body. Amidst all, he bumps into Sunita (Jiah Khan), who gets afraid of initially but when she learns the truth, wants to help him out.
The director AR Murugadoss impress with his work. He shows it all on the screen, as he succeeds to build the suspense throughout the film. Cinematography is mind-blowing. The camera treatment is very stylish. The music by A R Rahman is spongy and hummable.
Aamir Khan rules once again. Whenever he appears, he loots the hearts with his performance. Asin, the new discovery, attracts with her acting and looks gorgeous. The actress has the potential to stand amongst the biggies of the trade. Jiah Khan is great to watch. The rest of the cast impresses as well.
On the whole, ‘Ghajini’ is magnum opus in every sense of the word. A precious gift for Christmas.

Kya sadila film hai..saara mood qarab kardiya..i was expecting a lot…bloody hell…hey guys its a boring film…its better not to watch

Don’t go with too many expectations, you might like it. Not a suspense thriller and was pretty much predictable.
rubbish moviee…waste of time and money
Thanks Guys i was planing to go for a movie and i was in two minds about it cuz theaters over here charges like 500+ per seat. so thanks i’ll wait for original dvd to release. i knew its not worth as its an another action movie with a guy who is not an action hero. may be it might make a lot of money like singh is king but that doesnt matter what matters is, is the movie worth watching?

Film is not good as compare to Rab Na…. in film he had lost his memory than how he got phone no. or extra things on his body. It is director’s mistake he didn’t handle script well. Although it is making money but soon every one know that it is a rubbish, crap and poor show.

The best iv seen in ages! Take a bow, SRK , if ur the king, Aamir is the Ace, Ace of spades! What a refreshing change from the usual lovey dovey tuity fruity candlyfloss stories we see. If theres one actor who can compete with Aamir, its Aamir himself.He never ceases to amaze me. With every film, he comes out even stronger. What is best abt his films is that even though every aspect is perfect, right from script to heroines to music to directionm he still stands out. That, is the power of Aamir Khan.

movie is the copie of the many holly wood movies and aamir simply copy english actors nothing new he brought out i m expecting more in the dialogue wise there is very low dialogues and aamir mr perfectionist dialogue dilervery is very poor in this movie as compared to lagan and mangal pande he only focus just on his looks and style the other two girls are simply waste as coompared to them villain is much better over all good family pack but little bit lower than the expectation the best actor award is on chance becz shahrukh might be stolen that from him story of the movie is too long and in many points story line goes weaker but aamir did try to justification with role but unfortunately below the expectation
you are jealous about shahrukh because he is the best.
