Gafla is India’s first movie of the huge stock exchange scam of 1992 that took place in India.
Gafla is the film directed by newcomer Sameer Hanchate who was earlier assiting Subhash Ghai and Vinod Chopra.
Sameer has now completed his movie on the subject with Tv stars like Vinod Sherawat and Shruti Ulfaand the film has been invited by the London Film Festival for a screening in October. The film will release in India on October 6.
While Sherawat plays the role of Harshad Mehta, Sameer plays Ketan Parikh’s role himself.
