Genelia takes Vidya’s role opposite hot hunk John Abraham
Imran Khan’s girl from Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, the gorgeous Genelia D’Souza has been signed up by veteran comedy director David Dhawan for his film Hook Ya Crook.
The role that Genelia has been cast in was originally to be done by Vidya Balan. But, it was Bipasha Basu who wasn’t comfortable with her boyfriend John Abraham working with Vidya. John is one of the leading stars in this film alongside Uday Chopra. A source says, “There is no reason why Genelia will not do Hook Ya Crook. She did a fabulous job in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na and David is very happy to have her on board.”
Hook Ya Crook is a comedy romance produced by UTV that will begin shooting from January 7th in Hyderabad.
