This one is comic and thrilling drama that unscrambles itself with unforgettable characters and captivating performances by its actors, not stars. 1:40 Ki Last Local is story about a young man who misses his last train and lands up in a situation.
The movie is knitted with a string of interconnected stories which change the life of Nilesh (Abhay Deol) at the end of Dhaai Ghante (150 minutes). Nilesh is a call center associate and this event changes his whole life altogether.
Madhu (Neha Dhupia) has also missed her train and as fate has its call, , the duo finds themselves getting together and soon seated in a desi bar for passing their time before their next train arrives. Lots of incidents take place one after the other, which are certain to make you smile as well as look out in shock.
This one is a grasping tale which is mysteriously crafted and developed. Gradually, the film takes top gear and picks up pace.
To summarise it all, ‘1:40 Ki Last Local’ has a totally new plot with with some unexpected twists. It is unpredictable yet it sails smoothly into the minds of the viewers.
The film is being directed by Sanjay Khanduri and casts Abhay Deol and Neha Dhupia in the leading roles.
This one will certainly have something special to offer. The only negative thing about this movie is that it has been in the making from the past three years.
