Apparently, Koena Mitra and Mahender Singh Dhoni took a fancy to each other after meeting at a salon in Mumbai.
According to the sources, “Koena was introduced to Dhoni at Sapna’s salon. She was there to try out a new look for a film, while he was getting his hair coloured before leaving for the World Cup.”
It is interesting to note that Koena could identify Dhoni, despite of her lack of knowledge and interest in the game of cricket. Dhoni, for his part, was definitely excited about becoming acquainted with Koena.
