Writer Manoj Tyagi has done a crappy job and leaves a lot of pot holes in the screenplay. Red- The Dark Side is Vikram Bhatt’s weakest product from his kitty. The climax is the lowest part of the film and a complete disappointment after the characters are well introduced in the first 30 minutes.
Himesh’s music is stale but is made spicy by the steamy lip locks. Cinematography by Pravin Bhatt is top class.
Aftab Shivdasani looks perfect for the role and handles his part extremely well. Celina Jaitley is better than her previous films. Except for a few scenes, Celina looks alluring and plays a calculating woman with conviction. Amrita Arora is wasted in this one. Sushant Singh is no different.
Overall, the film lacks substance.
