Shefali Shah looses layers of flab for ‘The Last Layer’

Shefali Shah is currently shooting for Rituparno Ghosh’s film, The Last Layer, in Kolkata. Shefali was looking extremely slim and trim.
“When I was signed, I was clearly told that my role demanded glamour. That was reason enough for me to shed the excess kilos”, says the beautiful actress.
A big motivating force in her diet was her Black & White co-star Anil Kapoor. “He is a fitness fanatic and has his own gym at home. In fact, Anil’s trainer, Sherveer, guided me as well with exercises.”
