Shilpa Shetty has sent a legal notice to UK-based Jasveer ‘Jazz’ Barton, who had falsely claimed to be her ‘Agent’, made commitments and signed a deal on her behalf.

The reminder notice sent by Shilpa’s advocate Shekhar Mennon mentions that the actress “is left with no other alternative but to avail legal action / proceedings, thereby filing an appropriate civil, criminal / defamation case” against Jazz Barton for tarnishing her image. “Barton has not bothered to reply to any of the notices. In fact, whenever legal communication has been sent to her, she has hurriedly left the country,” said Shilpa’s spokesperson and publicist Dale Bhagwagar.
