Vidya has been appreciated for all her films so far, first Parineeta, then Lage Raho Munnabhai and even for her role in Salaam-E-ishq. The actress currently has her hands full with plenty of films and hence had to turn down many top banner films like Yash Raj films, Mira Nair’s film and even mentor Pradeep Sarkar’s film.
However, Vidya claims that the real reason for her turning down so many top banner films is that she does not have the available dates. She is also unsure whether she will be part of the third series in the Munnabhai film and says, “If it’s a continuation of the same story, I’ll be in. If not, may be not.”
Vidya is also currently working with filmmaker Priyadarshan on his new flick Bhool Bhulaiya but at present the actress does not wish to elaborate on her character.
