The music album of ‘Namastey London’ opens with the ballistic ‘Chakna Chakna’. It has ’sufi’ elements fused well with ‘bhangra’ and pop.
Besides this song’s addictive melody and rhythm, what makes it one of the best songs in the album is the no-holds-barred spirit in which Reshammiya sings it.
DJ Akbar Sami’s remix version is a complete knock out as it fires all cylinders to burn up the dance floors.
