Preity Zinta is amongst the most glamourous actresses in the Hindi film fraternity, but she can spring surprises just as quickly as anybody. The ‘Dil Se’ actress has accepted to play the female lead in Rituparno Ghosh’s next film also starring Amitabh Bachchan.
Prof Arindam Chaudhuri, the producer of the film, is all elated for things seem to be going perfectly for his company this year. In his words, “Preity fits the role perfectly. I am specially happy because besides being a great actor with enormous popularity, I personally find her a very intelligent woman with a strong personality too”.
Things have unfolded the way Prof envisaged as he was very keen on signing Preity Zinta for his film. Looks like one more name is added in Preity’s never ending list of fans.
