The music and launch of stunning soundtrack of this multistarrer, was unveiled by none other than Yuvvraaj’s Music director A.R. Rahman and legendary lyricist GuIzar.
With an impressive track record of producing a hit soundtrack of ‘Taal’ together, A. R.Rahman and Subhash Ghai have now created another soul-stirring album in Yuvvraaj.
Producing the music of Yuuoraaj has been an incredible journey for the maverick director Subhash Ghai, liThe experience has been fascinating, exciting and unique which is one of the pleasures of working on a film with celebrated music maestro A.R. Rahman. This is the first time that I am working with Gulzar Saheb and the process of creating music is all the more wonderful and joyous. Â¥uvvraaj needed a distinct sound, keeping in mind its contemporary look yet melodious compositions; it needed to be regal a..,d grand in its composition but at the same time it needed to have a modern appeal, which these two magicians have wonderfully woven together effortlessly.”
Speaking on the music, A R Rahman commented “It has always been a pleasure to associate with Subhashji on his projects. We worked on Taal, which gave me immense creative satisfaction as a composer and it was an honour that Yuvvraaj was offered to me. Working on the music of Yuvvraaj has been a creative challenge for me, as Subhashji has always been associated with melodies music and has a vast understanding about the subje~t. Once you have an artistic mind like Subhashji behind you I guess everything falls rightly in to its place. ‘Taal’ was a mega success and I see Yuvvraaj as bigger than that”.
