Akshay Kumar to return for second series of Fear Factor on Colors
The much appreciated TV reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi, which was hosted by Bollywood star Akshay Kumar and screened on newly launched channel Colors, is to return for a second series.
Reveals a source, “Akshay has agreed to reprise his role as the host of the action-adventured-based reality show. While the first season was 13 weeks long, the second will be longer. Fear Factor was a huge success for the channel. And they were thrilled with their choice of the host. The connect was perfect as Akki is an action-junkie. And he was professionalism personified. A natural in front of the camera, the actor went that extra mile and was also involved in the creative aspects of the show as well.”
The second season will have male contestants in addition to female ones. Akshay Kumar is currently busy with other work but will soon give dates for the shooting.
