Rani taking desperate measures to save career, tries to get Vidya dumped
Bollywood’s number one dark skinned beauty Rani Mukherjee seems to be going through a career crises… as news emerges of her trying to replace fellow actresses in favour of herself.
The rumour mill in Mumbai is currently spreading gossip about Rani trying to get Vidya Balan removed from the star cast of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next Chenab Gandhi. Says a source, “Rani was approached by Bhansali for a cameo in Chenab Gandhi. The main role has already been offered to Vidya Balan. Rani was not going to play second fiddle to someone who is being termed as her successor in Bollywood. So she asked Bhansali to give her the role and put Vidya in for the cameo.”
“Bhansali refused to adhere to this command and decided in not having Rani for the cameo also. He was pretty miffed that Rani would make demands to him.” adds the source. Previous to this, Rani did make a cameo for Bhansali in the much panned flick from last year… Saawariya.
Rani has not had a major hit for quite some time and is now looking for a career resurgence. We hope and pray that comes quickly for her.

are these the same sources that claimed rani was engaged to aditya chopra, which turned out to be false? the operative word in this article is “rumour mill”….. rani’s proffessionalism is the key to her sucess, i doubt very much that she is so desperate that she would do such a thing… her hard work will invariably pay off and not the scheming mechanisations of the rumour mill. RS should relate more fact less fiction…it might make their comments more credible and believable.
