The child actor of the last decade has come of age after his serious act in Mohit Suri’s Kalyug. Now, the actor will be seen playing the role of a beggar in Madhur Bhandarkar’s soon-to-be-released Traffic Signal.
Unlike many of the child actors which have failed to make it big in the Bollywood at a later stage, Kunal has bagged a lot of audience appreciation and critical acclaim after his first film as the male lead.
On his new film, Kunal says, “I play the manager of beggars who collects money from them. We went to the streets to see how these people live and what do they eat.”
Currently, the upcoming actor is busy shooting for his forthcoming film, Priyadarshan’s Dhool which is again a comedy from the film-maker.
