Veteran actor Anil Kapoor is one of the few versatile actors who have tried roles of different genre and done exceptionally well while performing them. Akshaye Khanna does not copy or imitate anyone like Hrithik Roshan who sometimes does in emoting (sad scenes) in the same way that Shah Rukh Khan does in the past! Abhishek Bachchan sometimes imitates his dad Amitabh! Saif Ali Khanna tries to copy Salman Khan by removing his T-shirt onscreen! Akshaye Khanna does not need movies but movies need Akshaye Khanna and his versatilities! I’m wondering when ‘Gandhi, My Father’ will be released? Hope this film release this year (2007) itself! I want to watch Akshaye Khanna’s performance of a lifetime in this movie! After all, Akshaye Khanna is a natural-born actor and distintive actor! Akshaye Khanna is a superb, fabulous, mindblowing, fantastic and brilliant actor of great caliber! I’m wondering why top directors like Karan Johar, Mani Ratnam, Aditya Chopra and Sanjay Leela Bansali do not recognize Akshaye Khanna’s intense and mindblowing talents!
i agree with u… Akshaye Khanna is just amazing but why there is no top director wants to work with him? They keep using the same artist or maybe the already famous actor like Shah Rukh Khan. They are just afraid to take even a little risk… if they keep being like that… when will a fresh talent can be accepted in the industry? By the way.. i just can’t wait to see his performance in Gandhi My Father. I saw its trailer.. it was great.
Akshaye is one actor who is the always at his best. In Gandhi My Father he is just amazing. He deserves every award for his performance. I think people should forget about salman or shahrukh. Now akshaye is new Icon of the Bollywood
