The actor-turned-model seems to be changing gears in his film career after making his debut in Pyar Me Kabhi Kabhi. The actor who had a not-so productive career as an actor will turn producer with his debut production film John Mohammad Ali Master. The film is touted to be a big budget venture from the ambitious actor.
There are rumours that Dino Morea’s debut as a producer will star one of the top Khans in a major role. Dino has been approaching one of the Khans for it. Though the star cast is yet to be finalised. Dino Morea though confirms that his banner Clockwork Films’ first production will be directed by ad film maker Shameem Desai. “Shameem has more than 400 commercials to his credit. I’ve worked with him in the past, in ads and also in a video that he directed. He’s an extremely talented guy,” says Dino.
The film ‘John Mohammad Ali Master’ is set in the pre-independence era in India and hence, the unusual title. The protagonist in the film is half Indian and Half English. Lastly, Dino’s younger brother Santino is expected to make his debut in the film.
