UTV’s next venture Bombay High, earlier titled as Hello Zindagi, is making a lot of buzz in the film circuit. The film introduces late yester years’ actor Vinod Mehra’s daughter Sonia Mehra. The film will be directed by Nupur Asthana who earlier assisted Ketan Mehta and also directed the television series Hip Hip Hooray. The film stars Tabu as a school teacher.
The film is along the same lines as the popular teen series Hip Hip Hurray and deals with the adolescent issue and transitory stages. Sonia Mehra plays one of the teens in the film. Sonia is a trained actress from the acting school of the Veteran star Anupam Kher.
The film-maker is in talks with Madhavan to play an important role in the film. The music of the teen film will be composed by Sandeep Chowta as was the latest development.
